We do not independently verify, validate, or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or currentness of any safety information stored or displayed in this system.

You are solely responsible for:

• Verifying the accuracy of all safety information
• Ensuring your SDS documents are current and compliant with applicable regulations
• Maintaining original manufacturer Safety Data Sheets

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, READY PLASTICS LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Property damage
• Business interruption
• Loss of data
• Any other damages arising from use of or inability to use this service

Our total liability for any claims arising from use of this service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is less.

By using this service, you acknowledge that your access may be modified or revoked at any time and agree not to hold Ready Plastics LLC liable for any such changes.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of the State of Delaware or the United States District Court for the District of Delaware.
